Two of my batteries are useless.
The first one doesn't start.
The second one starts the phantom but I can-t fly because of the battery problem showed in the screenshots.
Can I solve it or I need to replace both batteries?

Bad cell generally means you're going to have to scrap and replace the whole battery. Unless you're up for doing surgery on it, which DJI will discourage.
