Ok thanks all.  I decided to try it and I put my Mavic 3 in the freezer intending only for it to be for a few minutes.  I then decided, hey why not grab a beer while I am at the fridge.  Anyways, one beer turned into several, and I ended up forgetting about the Mavic 3 in the freezer.  I fell asleep and woke up only to have a completely frozen Mavic.  My wife suggested I could defrost it in the microwave and well, one thing turned into another.  After some sparking and such, it seems ok.  Do you think I should replace the props before flyin it again?  But seriously, this post is as ridiculous as the constant bickering.  Cmon, have a beer and relax.

I remember when dodo wouldn't fly his Mavic 2 pro anymore, then a few days later flying it. Same with the autel evo 2 pro, same with the dji fav, now with the Mavic 3.  I call dodo flip flop.  He just asks for it, then gets angry and cusses at everybody that disagrees with him.  I use to subscribe, but not anymore.  He says, I'm done with the Mavic 3. Let's see how long it will take him to fly it again.  He raged against the DJI FPV drone, then did a bunch of videos about it.  Not stable....

We all buy (or wish to buy) to offer extra to clients...He is mostly in commercial footage, so for him is important the 4/3 sensor...We also wanted it only for this 4/3 sensor, not interested in obstacle avoidance as personally i deactivate it...
...But...I understand his point, as I experienced this with other products...Autel E2P was returned 1.5 years ago because of high instability of software...After they fixed it (almost, still have some minor bugs), I have purchased a whole lot for works...Also from DJI...purchased...tested it, was not ready in terms of video link stability, returned it.
Is not a problem to have some bugs...as long as you make your thing with the drone...I don't mind to wait for OA, for Tracking, for mastershots or for smart shots...I don't use them...But in our work, 3 things you need to have perfectly working:

If you power on the Mavic 3 when you get to your flying site, then get set up, it will be ready to go.  Power on in your car.  I have no problems with this.   And if anyone says, you are not suppose to power on the drone first, well when you upload videos (cine) to your computer, you don't have the controller powered on.  For me, this is a non issue.  Be smarter than the equipment.   I am fortunate enough to have 0 issues with the cine I purchased.

From what is hearing here (rumors only), the major FW update will be delayed with more than 1.5 months...
Don't now if is true, the info is from one distributor that advised to delay the acquisition until official FW appears in order to stop the returns (have no idea if he talked with DJI officials).
So...we will live and see...All that is sure is that DJI works at solving as the negative impact at M3 was big...But this is also because they do not communicate with customers properly, only that poor messages from DJI Sandy-Bell, DJI Samantha and other DJI mods that have no idea what they are talking about, probably never seen a DJI drone flying.And as I explained, if the drone is for work, is hard to keep over 2500 USD blocked on a shelter just waiting for a solving...Time = money.
