Good afternoon,

I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S21 and for some reason I can't open the DJI Go 4 app.
I've reinstalled the app but it won't even start up at the moment.
There are quite a few issues I've read online with the new Samsung models but how can this be fixed?
I need my drone in two weeks time and hopefully you can help me out as soon as possible.
Running a Samsung Galaxy S21 with software version: G991BXXS3BULC / G991BOXM3BUKG / G991BXXU3BUKG

Hi Chris, sorry for the issue. May I know the current DJI GO 4 app version you downloaded on your mobile device?
Please try to download the latest version V 4.3.46 from DJI website https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 and install it on your phone to see if the issue is sorted. Thank you.

I use the Samsung S21 FE when connecting it to the Mavic 2 pro, it can't be done even though I have installed the latest version of the DJI Go4 application V4.3.54. Please help

Hi i am facing a similar issue the camera does not show its live feed. It works on other devices just not on the samsung galaxy s21
