I wonder if anyone has the same problem as me.
Have been trying for hours to update from 01.02.0015 to 01.02.0020.
On DJI assistant 2 latest version it doesn't show anything



On The latest Fly app it stucks at 70% leaving a Error -4025



All batteries have been charged to 100% before updating.
Have tried Windows, Android and IOS.
Can anyone please help me?

Hi mate, I've done reinstall but it won't work though, DJI assistant wouldn't pop up the new update but the APP does but still stucks as updating 70%.

Is the 01.02.0015 your original version when you bought the drone ? or did you already make some previous updates to get this version ?

It seems that this 01.02.0015 firmware version cannot be upgraded or downgraded with current available versions (like 01.02.0020)

Hi there i have the same problem with my FPV. It says error code (-3100) and it gets only to 40% download. How do i fix this ASAP.

Thank you for your response. We're you able to install the DJI Assistant 2 and download the firmware there to see if the issue persists?

I'm really starting to feel like I don't own this drone. I cannot update to firmware version 01.02.0020 because it always gets stuck at 70% on the DJI fly app. On the desktop assistant 2 updates aren't even available. I'm really quite irritated with the sloppiness you get with the firmware on these things after paying so much money.

Would you please tell me if you have solved this issue? As I am facing the same problem.
Funnily enough, I already had the 01.02.0020 version; however, when I roll-backed to the 01.02.0015 firmware (just to test and compare the drone's flying ability etc) it seems that the newer 01.02.0020 firmware was indeed better. Now for some reason, the upgrade option (to 01.02.0020) is not appearing in both the Fly app and on the desktop DJI Assistant 2 and I am stuck with the 01.02.0015.

so under cloak of "safety of flight" a firmware lockdown was done :/
shame on DJI - lacking any proper description patchnotes were already bad, but this is another level of sh... :/

Dammed, i have the same issue. Downgraded from 01.02.0020 to 01.02.0015 and now i can't update back to 01.02.0020....its senseless.

Its a shame, you buy a device and spend a lot of money and you are not the owner somehow. The company dictates you what to do and what not.

3 month ago i had an issue, i started my DJI FPV and flew around 50 meters in 15 meters height, suddenly the drone did not react and crashed full speed against a building, of course totally demolished

I sent the rest of the drone to DJI asking what the hell happened and without further explanation (just telling me that the crash had not been my fault) i received a totally new drone. First of all thanks for that but what if the device would have hitten me or someone else with over 100km/h? And now i can not upgrade to the newest firmware to be safe? Whats wrong with you guys?

I can’t update my goggles and can’t use my drone. Dji fly app forced me to download firmware 01.02.0015 but it never ends. It reached 313% and then a connection error appeared. I tried to do it through the dji assistant app in my MacBook but it didn’t recognize the drone or the goggles. Any help will be much appreciated
