After not using my drone for a while I tried to load the newest firmware. I downloaded the file into the root directory, installed micro into drone and started update. After running for more than an hours, the red light above the camera stays solid red, and the drone does nothing. Tried several time with new file still nothing. Drone won't pair now either. Any suggestions? Thank You John

May we please know if you are receiving any error message on the DJI Go 4 application and kindly please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 once again from this DJI link ( https://www.dji.com/phantom-3-pro/info#downloads ) then do the said process once again.
