Just been watching a japanese mavic 3 youtuberwho has come across a leak for pricing of the cellular options for the M3, it's interesting due to a price plan being shown, any native Japanese/ Chinese speakers on here that can decode the pricing options into GBP or $ for comparison & explain what it means.

Apparently it's only working with TD-LTE networks, at least for now. Let's hope we'll see a FD-LTE version soon.

It would be cool if we could use this mount to put a removable highspeed thunderbolt SSD onto the drone to capture prores video on the Mavic 3 cine.

That will improve the cooling a great deal too. I couldn't believe how hot these nvme ssd's can get until I put my finger on one of them

Nah mate, a V3 with extra vroom. I must say though it flys much better and I'm not having those issues I was with the other drone. Seems more stable with the OA as well.

I'd love to know what happened to it,   Id hope it got low on battery and did an auto land somewhere.   Ive started adding a txt file to the memory card with a phone number in it just incase it every gets lost and found.

I am deaf so use the subtitles all the time and even when the original narration is in English the subtitles are often difficult to understand, wrong words used etc. etc..

... you are right of course, but the subtitles are often better than trying to "decipher" the unknown language yourself...

Thats a brilliant idea. I need to start that as well, thanks. I would assume it landed safely wherever because if it hurt someone it would have been big news here in the papers etc.

isn't nothing racist about assuming what language something is in when you don't know the difference and the fact DJI is an Chinese country. you'd assume it would come from there,  Wind your neck in

Just drop the paranoia &  racist overtones & let's keep the thread on topic, even if it does end up available then DJI will no doubt have it region locked depending on where it will even be allowed, then just as the region lock on the drones can be end user "adjusted" i.e. FCC hack for CE region drones, then someone will figure some way to get around the restrictions eventually, this is all depending on DJI ever releasing the cellular option anyway.

Well, it's out there, besides a few lags, & dropouts, looks quite impressive, given the crappy weather during that test, it worked very well.

My Chinese New Year present is on its way to me!!!

Damn that looks cool, would love to give it a try here at the back of the trees that always lose my signal come spring & summer.
