Yes they are Blériot53! It’s a really lit up s as nd usually the buildings change colors at night and are also themed like last night the colors are in Mardi Gras style.

They spend an entire week doing Mardi Gras and they spend everyday building up to Fat Tuesday for parades and then some. They make one heck of a deal about it heh. Louisiana gets the credit for Mardi Gras but it started in Mobile and was brought back by Joe Cain.
