I just got my mini 2 directly from DJI.  I charged everything up correctly.  I turn on the RC and all the lights blink green constantly.  I won't connect to the app or the drone.
Not sure what i do next
Thanks for any help.
Lori

Is the cable plugged into the correct socket on the controller? One of the two is just a recess for storing the phone end of the cable.
Have you turned the drone on? I know it's a daft question but your post could be interpreted as referring to switching olny the controller on.Have you tried the button sequence, shown from 1:03 onwards in

You are not the first to do it and you will not be the last.

Been there - yes to all newbies with the Mini2, as you look at the remote controller face on - in the center around the base of the antennas
is a cable, it is plugged in, take it out, and the outlet on the RIGHT is for connecting to a mobile device.
A note here, IF you use another mount other than the one provided for a tablet etc., be alert to the clearance for the cable end that goes
into the outlet.  It's sort of close. on mine because I use a Mavmount.

Hello there Lori. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused before and and it is great to know that the said issue was already resolve by linking your DJI Mini 2 to its remote controller. Have a safe and a happy flying always.

This still did not fix my problem. I did the steps at 1:03 I think it links but the DJI fly app (that I just re downloaded) will not move past the “Remote Control Setup and Power On” screen. Cord is plugged into the right plug, plugged into my iphone and nothing. I’ve had my mini 2 since it came out and it’s never flown, it’s never connected to 3 different phones.

Hi, there.
Please calibrate the remote controller. If the issue persists after calibration, please return the remote controller.

did you get the sequential flashing of the LED's on both the controller and the drone? Did they then, after maybe 10 seconds, go 'solid'? I would assume so.

The phone does not need to be connected  to do that.
What phones have you tried? Make and model?

I just got mine to connect a couple days ago. Check the cable between the controller and the drone. My factory cable looked fine but was not. A new cable and i was good to go.
Good luck.

Sean di you fix your problem. I have a mini 2 that I have been using for some time until I crashed it into trees and had to get the flying unit repaired at Godzilla in Sydney. Now I cannot ling the RC to the mini.

Two obvious issues evident first the four green lights on the RC  flash continuously although it seems to be charges. Second on the I phone controller it does not recognise the unit and the dialog box on right hand os screen stays with the Connection guide ??

All is plugged in ok and I have followed the procedure to the book. Question is why the flashing lights on the controller once activated . Thanks

Gary H

The lights on the controller will blink/flash when the controller is not connected to the drone.
Be careul to differentiate between the PHONE not connecting to the controller and the CONTROLLER not connecting to the drone. They are entriely different things.
Watch the video in post 2 and try the stuff that shows from 1:03 onwards.
