Got this drone just today, did active the drone and this error shows. Drone doesn't work.

Anyone ever tried this? How to fix? Currently waiting for support to email.

- Updated and downgraded to all available firmwares, reinstalled app, used android and ios to see if it will work.

Same results.

Hi there, sorry that you're having this issue. Could you please restart the aircraft and the app and then try again to see if this error message still exists? May I ask do you mean you sent an email to our support? Please also provide us with the ticket number to check more detail.

Yeahh the restart didn't work, support also said it could be a hardware issue and advised I return it for checking with your engineers.

Hope no one else gets this issue. Really sucks.
