I think I might have figured out why your 360 panos are showing up as tiny planets.  You can sign up for a free account at https://www.skypixel.com/  and then follow the below instructions.  Hope this helps.

Thanks buddy. We are very very far from Central Park. Small town with almost 15/16k peoples. I hope one day I will really have chance to shoot from above real Central Park

I dont get an option for that,  I press the blue upload button and select 360 Pano and then upload the flat version of the pano from the drone.

You upload it directly from drone?
