I was getting the same error with my Mini 3 and iphone until I realized my mistake in setup.

How do you fixed that? In my girlfriend iPhone 14 Quick Transfer works just fine. But not in my 13 Pro Max.

Hi, Murta. We're sorry you're experiencing the same concern. Here are some recommended troubleshooting steps you may perform:
1. If another mobile phone was connected to the aircraft using the QuickTransfer function, and the mobile phone is nearby, a possible reason for this message is that the aircraft’s Wi-Fi is occupied by the previously connected mobile phone. We recommend turning off the Wi-Fi on the previously connected mobile phone or deleting/ignoring the aircraft’s Wi-Fi.
2. Please change the aircraft's Wi-Fi name in DJI Fly and reconnect to it. Go to Camera View - Settings (in the top-right corner) - About. Change “Aircraft Wifi Name.“ Change the aircraft’s Wi-Fi name.
3. Try to restart the mobile phone and then run the DJI Fly app.

Was pretty disappointed with this drone. The reviews are great everywhere, the functionality too. However, here's what disappointed me:
  • Low directional stability of the hull. I.e., in flight, it dangles much stronger than the Mini 2 or SE and can tip over from a collision with a blade of grass. (I think this is a software/firmware bug, because it is quite stable in the wind)

  • 1. I crashed into a snowman and it never tipped over. I've even tried to make it tip over and can't.
    2. Is fixed several firmware updates ago. Make sure you have data connection though if you want fast locks so it can download the catalog over the internet for the geolocation updates for the satellites and not from the satellites
    3. I've never had quick transfer work for me
    5. Isn't it advertised to be 1080p for remote viewing?

    I've been struggling for days with the same issue and Google phones owners out there, you MUST desactivate your built in VPN on your phone. It's a feature you have on the Pixel line. I just thought I would give it a try and it worked perfectly for me.

    Deactivating the ad blocker (vpn) AdGuard helped me.
    I had similar problems and after disabling AdGuard everything started working.

    Solution for quick transfer not connecting on mini 3 pro and dji fly on samsung s20 fe.   Tried it with my wife's same s20 and it connected immediately.  Only difference i found with my phone was the date of the security patch. I updated this on my phone and then tried again and it connected immediately.

    Method 1: Mobile device is not connected to the remote controller.
    1. Power on the aircraft and wait until the self-diagnostic tests of the aircraft are complete.
    2. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on the mobile device. Launch DJI Fly and a prompt will appear to connect to the aircraft.
    3. Tap Connect. Once successfully connected, the files on the aircraft can be accessed and downloaded at high speed.
    Method 2: Mobile device is connected to the remote controller.
    1. Make sure that the aircraft is connected to the mobile device via the remote controller and that the
    motors are off.
    2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the mobile device.
    3. Launch DJI Fly, enter playback, and tap 5, in the upper right comer to access the files on the aircraft to download at high speed.
    If it still fails, please confirm the mobile device model, and post a short video showing the issue for further checking. Thank you.

    I solved this issue after the helpful tech support at DJI provided the info below -- in short, try renaming your drone through the Go Fly app (settings option found under the 3 meatballs in top right corner of RC screen when viewing the drone's camera on the remote).

    Hi all,

    I have now spent 6h to try to get quick transfer work.

    Mini 3 Pro
    Iphone 13 Pro
    Latest Firmware on both RC controller and drone

    DJ Assistant 2 Consumer tells me that for the drone the latest firmware list cannot be shown (Macbook has full rights for the program for incoming networks)

    I tried absolutely ALL  workarounds (renaming, data off etc.) WITHOUT SUCCESS.

    Please advise as soon as possible!!!! It is very frustrating!!

    Hi there. We just received an update. Upon checking the files that you have sent, it seems that there is only one DJIlog file, and it is an app log and we cannot confirm the issue using that file. Please follow the app log method below to export the complete LOG files and send them to us. Also, please include the flight controller LOG which is .DAT files. We will wait for your response.

    To export Flight Controller Aircraft Data:

    (1) Download DJI Assistant 2 consumer drone version from the official website. Download link:https://www.dji.com/downloads
    (2) Launch DJI Assistant 2. Within 20 seconds after the aircraft is powered on, connect it to DJI Assistant 2.
    (3) After DJI Assistant 2 recognizes the aircraft, choose "Log Export", and then click "Save to local".
    (4) The final exported data are ".DAT" files.

    How to export App LOG iOS:

    1. Install iTunes (https://www.apple.com/itunes/) on the computer. Then, enable the software.
    2. Connect the iOS device to the computer and tap “Allow” on the iPhone.
    3. Tap the mobile device icon in the top-left corner, and go to the iPhone page.
    4. Select “File Sharing” in the left panel and go to the app file sharing page.
    5. Select the corresponding app as required. Select the “Logs” file folder and tap “Save” at the bottom of the right window.

    I was having the same issue "Connection Failed.  Aircraft already connected to another mobile device ...".

    I noticed I had my VPN still running on my phone.  As soon as I turned it off, now DJI can connect with no issue.

    Thanks for the tip. Deactivating VPN brought the solution

    Hi, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it from your link (already had the correct version installed beforehand).

    I still have the same problem (internet connection stable). I can't display either the section Firmware update or Log Export.

    Is it possible that my drone has a bigger problem? Can I bring it to a repair shop to check it? The problem is that I am currently travelling in South Africa and not in my home country.
