I don't know who to contact about this so i could really use you guys help in helping this problem get noticed,,, the 1.5.9 update has my Mini 2 drifting in a nad maner... hopefully i can put the video of it up for everyone to see...

At the same time, for the issue you reported, please check if the propellers are in good condition, please replace them if they were bent, cracked, or damaged. Please try to calibrate the IMU and controller, fly the drone in open areas with a decent GPS signal. Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

Thanks for responding Susan,,, shes good now,,, i think it was the temperature,, i did end up replacing a couple of props though,, they got nics in them from me catching it... it was totally my fault with tje props.. i landed her on top of an unflatted surface,,, she started sliding off as soon as i landed and when i reached to catch her the props hadn't come to a complete stop yet... she touched me a little because i refused to let it fall to the ground.. took her in and took a couple pictures of my thumb,, saw the nips in the props and doctored her up first...lolol She's good now,, and we are now bonded by a little scrape of blood...

Umm Susan,,i broke my gimbal,,, idk if the refresh care came with the combo i bought or not,,, i did get the geek squad protection but i don't know what to do exactly,, im so heart brokrn right now!!!

Sorry to hear about this. You may send the drone back to us for service. Please go to  https://www.dji.com/us/service/repair to start a case.
To confirm if DJI Care Refresh is bound to the drone, you can go to https://service.dji.com/djicare/coverage and check by the serial number of the drone.

I called the geek squad being that I did get there 199 protection plan,,, the guy told me I have to give them another 199 for them to help me,,, is this right??? And if so,,, you guys can count me out of the drone community,, thus us straight robbery.. I paid 199 for the plan and have to pay it again for them to help me?,,, ARE YOU SERIOUS?????
