If I take off from point A(home point is set to A), land at remote point B, and then take off from point B, can I return to point A by RTH?

After you take off at B you can reset the home point in the app to where the controller is.  - Heres an example -

I use the DJI FLY app.
I couldn't find a menu
on the DJI app to reset the home point to the controller position.
What was in the menu was "Update Home Point". I think the menu is to
set the home point to the current position of the aircraft. There is
no option in the menu to set the home point to the controller position.
The DJI GO app has that option.

The video shows the fly app and where to find the settings,   the screen shots start at 2:40.   Once you select update home point, the map appears and you can press the picture of the controller to set the controller point.

I was able to update the home point to the position of the controller.  Thank you for your teaching.
