So to introduce the problem, the app is at an advanced stage missions have been performed previously without issue. Some changes where made during a period without version control in place, essentially there is a possibility somehting has been altered which could lead to this behaviour, however it is difficult to identify.
The error codes presenting themselves are 1003 & 5024 seperately. One or the other is reported when running, usually 1003 during a mission load or when the run mission button is pressed.
