In a few days I have to renew for 1 year the free six-month Terra license (for purchasing Matrice 300 with Zenmuse L1).
That you know, should I buy an -Upgrade and maintenance fee per year- (€ 496) or a new 1 year license (€ 1750)?

you need the new 1 year licence, priced 1750€. The upgrade and maintenance fee is for perpetual licences, if you want to update after the first year.
