Hello,

My P4P dropped out of the sky from about 10 feet and broke parts of the gimbal.  We have replaced the arm, the electric ribbon, and the roll moter.

Now when we turn it on the roll sags to the right, and the yaw twitches about once per second to the right as well.  We have flashed the FC software, turned it on and off many times.  The back control board is very hot after about 5-10 minutes.

Our drone is about 4-5 years old so we are past warranty.

Suggestions??

Welcome Mamalemond ! a shock ( crash) is enough to unset a sophisticated device, the parts like the motherboard of the camera and the rear ESC are very sensitive parts, I had the same problem, and despite having changed those parts, the problem persists, I suggest you go to Dji service for repair
