Hi James, thank you for reaching out. Please try to download the controller bin file from the official website https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/phantom-4-rtk and move it to the root directory of the SD card, put it to the controller and see if the controller can be updated again. Besides, please try to change the battery and do the firmware update again. If the issue persists, or the controller is not able to be powered on, you may send it back for further service.

Wow! That was so fast! I can't believe it's not the preferred way to update the firmware. Can the P4 also be updated this way? Thank you so much!
I sell these and like to have them updated prior to delivery, which takes a couple of hours. This is a game changer. |
