Salve l'app DJI GO 4 ogni tanto mi dice che c'è un nuovo firware la ver.01.00.1000 o la ver.01-00.600, per lo Spark ma le ho già installate ....Come mai?

May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Go 4 application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. Kindly please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

Hi there DONA72. Thank you for the reply and for these information that you have given. Kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will persist? Upon checking the said mobile device ( Huawei P9 Lite ) that your are using on the DJI Go 4 application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4  application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Huawei P9 Lite will be able to work on the DJI Go 4 application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said application and for the said DJI Drone we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go 4 application while using it on your DJI drone. For reference I will post the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4 application. Thank you.

Dopo aver verificato il suddetto dispositivo mobile (Huawei P9 Lite) che stai utilizzando sull'applicazione DJI Go 4. Mi dispiace dover dire che il suddetto dispositivo mobile non è raccomandato per la suddetta applicazione DJI. Suggeriamo di utilizzare un dispositivo mobile consigliato per l'applicazione DJI Go 4 per motivi di compatibilità e affidabilità. Esiste la possibilità che Huawei P9 Lite possa funzionare sull'applicazione DJI Go 4. Ma comunque, siccome e' Non è ancora ottimizzato con la suddetta applicazione e per il suddetto DJI Drone non possiamo garantire se funzionerà sempre e se sarà in grado di eseguire tutte le funzioni dell'applicazione DJI Go 4 mentre la si utilizza sul proprio drone DJI. Per riferimento, pubblicherò l'elenco dei dispositivi mobili consigliati per l'applicazione DJI Go 4. Grazie.

Ciao Stefano ho visto che nell'elenco non c'è il mio dispositivo mobile, l'ho camprato nel 2017 ed è sempre andato bene, è un pò vecchiotto come modello provvederò a comprarne uno nuovo però solo per droni.
