Hello!

I recently got a DJI Air 2 and it came with a dent near one of it's frontal sensors. I don't know if it has something to do with it's main problem, which is it's laggy video footage, no matter if it is loaded on internal storage or on the SD Card. I changed all video settings with no success. Besides that, I've experienced some purple glitches which shows up either on realtime (in mobile screen), or on video playback (when I send a recorded video to computer).
