Hello everyone

Lately my Osmo Action has been having this problem.
(Latest Firmware update, same memory card... nothing has changed)

When I press the side button to switch screens during recording, eventually the camera freezes on a black screen. The time indicators keep ticking, the red light is still present as if the recording continues, but the recording stops at the moment of the crash.
A few seconds later the camera restarts.

I have lost precious moments because of this failure. Does anyone suggest a workaround?

IMPORTANT NOTE: If I don't change screens during recording, the issue doesn't happen.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please send us a video sample showing the issue for us analyze it on our end? In addition, would this issue happens with or without SD card installed on the unit? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Misunderstood me:   you will need to manually refresh firmware or try another method. not you have the latest on.
