I want to sell my air2s to my friend the air2s has DJI refresh already, will he have any issued binding the drone with his new account? can he use the dji refresh i bought for the air2s?

I unfortunately had my first minor crash with my Air 2S . I had the Refresh coverage and sent it in a very quickly received a replacement. The question is :   What procedure with I need to do in registration the seerial numbers with my Refresh program . Secondly will I have difficulty setting it up as new with GPS  and orientation.
