According to the forum points redemption page redemption requests can be made at any time but are only processed on the first working day of the month.

I put in a request on 12th January and the request went straight into Status=auditing.

However the request is still in that status. I am waiting for these points to convert as I want to put them towards an accessory for my Osmo Pocket.

Is it normal for points redemption to take this long?

It's bad enough having to wait until the start of the following month, but that has passed and I'm still waiting.

Yes it often takes until the middle of the month for them to redeem. Some people have posted in the forum issues section and got good results.

It's not unusual to see a prolonged delay before points are audited and awarded. Be patient a little longer

I did look for a rofum issues section but this was the closest I could find... So I also contacted support who didn't know anything about the forum points scheme but have passed the enquiry on.

No response yet, but will wait and see.
