Apparently - according to Scott Manley, the radiation at that moment would have killed the driver, fortunately for this one he survived being invisible-ized

Nice capture, and funny to see that red car go so fast it disappears to atoms

As for not having a Photoshop, I think Paint.net is a great - and free! - alternative, that can be tailored to your needs by getting plug-ins. I use that nowadays for most of my image-enhancing needs.
