samsung m52, I have uninstalled and reinstalled dji but still have disconnection problems when doing rpo, quickshot or every time the application uses the voice

Hello there joselee. I am sorry to read and to know about this issue and thank you for reaching out. Upon checking the said mobile device ( Samsung M52 ) that your are using on your DJI Mini 2 and on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said DJI Drone and DJI application. DJI would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Mini 2 and for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Samsung M52 will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ).  In addition, please rest assured that DJI is continuously testing multiple mobile devices to be added on the recommended mobile device list for the DJI Fly application. good afternoon, so far I have had a samsung a70 without problems, but this phone has broken, now I have bought this, it is the latest from samsung, it cost me almost 400 euros, I cannot buy another terminal, to be able to use the drone, I think that in the end I will have to sell the drone, thanks
