Hi.  I haven't had my Air 2S out all winter so I updated the firmware and made sure batteries charged etc etc.

I had to log in, once all connected up, which wasnt a surprise.

However......

I launched the drone (Video (cine) mode, AF, recording on, etc etc).

I wanted it to track me as I was walking so drew a box around me and expected the usual POI/Spotlight/Active Track options.  Instead I repeatedly got the message, 'Focus Mode is not supported in current recording mode'!

I've never heard of 'Focus Mode'!

No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the green box to enter the modes I wanted for active tracking - just had this 'Focus Mode' message.

As an aside, there wasn't the usual green '+' sign that usually hovers over me.....

I'd really appreciate some help here - has it gone into a weird mode during winter hibernation?

Focus mode new name for active track. And you need to shoot in Normal Mode.

This is one thing I do not like about the A2s. It is limited in tracking mode to N speeds, about 34 MPH. The M2p does not have that limitation. Even the MA2 has speeds over 40 mph in tracking mode.

APAS 4.0 is not available while recording in 5.4K/30fps, 5.4K/25fps, 5.4K/24fps, 4K/60fps, 4K/50fps, 4K/48fps, 2.7K/60fps, 2.7K/50fps, 2.7K/48fps, 1080p/120fps.

Hey guys, I faced the same problem and tried all the previous settings.  Still have a problem, my mini3pro doesn't dollow me, and I get the following message on the controler: Unable to use FocusTrack in the current recording format.
Any advice would be very helpful.

Focus track doesn't work in cine mode.

How do o stop getting emails about this topic. My ‘personal home page’ doesn’t have the facility to stop notifications.

I had the same problem. Activ track doesn’t work on this mode.
I have simply restored the settings and all was ok
