Undoubtedly it gets busy when the tide is in.  They definitely maximized the use of available space.

Many of those boats are lived on full time and have effectively been beached as they dont move when the tide goes in.

Once a year if they get done at all.

When I sailed on the next estuary up from this,   only about 20 miles it was common to remove the boat once a year to clean the hull and apply anti fowling.   Some people if they were racing and were feeling serious would move the boat onto the scrubbing post and come back when the tide had gone out to clean the bottom,   but not many did that.  I dont know if this place has a scrubbing post to use.

Very interesting concept.    Racing or not I would always try to keep the bottom clean.  Guess I'm somewhat of a clean freak.

I guess its all a matter or time,   during the winter when you cant sail the boats tend to come out for maintenance and they get a yearly scrape.  Water round here is not very warm or clear for cleaning in the water.

Luckily the weather is not cooperating with drone time at the moment,  gale winds and rain here again,  certainly made cutting tiles outdoors "fun"

Yeah, that can't be fun having to work outside in those conditions.  

Speaking of weather - supposed to warm back up to 28 C today.  Predicting a sunny day but unfortunately winds will prohibit flying today.
