I can't find any way to install DJI Mimo on my sons Android phone that runs with Family Link.
Any suggestions?

I've got the same problem. The dji mimo-app doesn't fit with family link. Does anyone have suggestions?

You need to allow apps from sources other than the app store.

Go into family link
Select your child
Scroll down until you find the phone and blue links for settings and play sound
Tap setting
Toggle to enable apps from unknown sources.
Accept the warning
Go back to your child phone and try to Install the app again. You'll get another warning about enabling apps from u known sources. Enable it in setting on the child's phone and the app will Install.

Hi,

I have the same Problem. I download the apk from the offiziellen Website.
I cant allow it in the family link app.
There is nothing were i can allow.

2. Turn off Google Play Protect options and test again: Google Play — Profile — Play Protect — Setting — Turn off below two options — Re-install App and test again.

3. For Samsung phone models, please turn off the "Auto blocker" option and test again: Settings --- Security and Privacy --- Auto Blocker

If the above solutions still do not resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.

unfortunately none of the suggestions solved the problem. By the way, I'm the parent.

The problem is that Family Link prevents the apk file from being installed. A request appears on the smartphone that the parent must agree. But nowhere does it say how this should be done.

In Family Link I have already enabled the installation of third-party apps.
