Hey guys,

it’s been awhile since I last used my phantom 4 it needs to be updated but it won’t let me do it. It keeps saying to connect drone to rc but no luck after I plug it into both drone and Rc.  Also, RC needs to be updated and its fully charged but it won’t let me do it as well.

Any suggestions?

Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your PC and kindly please check the firmware version of your aircraft? You can also update/refresh the firmware of your aircraft using the said software. With regards to the RC, can you please confirm what error message did the DJI Go 4 application shows when you try to link the aircraft and the remote? You may download the DJI Assistant 2 software using the link below. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
