Please DJI Developer team, add gyro data in video files. It will give us more versatility and opens huge world of post production stabilisation like open source Gyroflow.

As far as I'm aware the Action 2 does not have a Gyroscope sensor, in which case adding gyro data is not possible?
Anyone confirm??

dji action 2 has gyroscope, even gyro calibration is required for horizon stabilisation. So it could be easy implemented as optio

I’m already love the action 2 for fpv, but if I have the chance to use it with post gyro stabilization softwares like Gyro Flow It could bring it to a whole new level. For a lot of people who are hesitateing between the action 2 and the h10 this feature can be a strong point besides the action 2. I hesitated a lot too between the 2 cameras but I got the action 2 because of the weight, formfactor and the hope that someday I can use it with Gyro Flow..

Built it stabilization has some glitches when using it with FPV drone with a lots of quick movement making it actually unusable. Having an option to use third party stabilization software will make this camera A LOT better than hero 10 because of weight and a magnetic mount (magnetic ND filters will also be a plus, there are freewell ones, but they are very weak in terms of magnetic power). Please do it for us DJI!!

GyroFlow opens whole new world  of stabilisation in post. If this feature is added in next firmware update the camera with it's size, weight and performance will get number 1 prize of all action cameras an all competition will be blown away.

Does the action 2 have a gps in it? I currently have GoPro hero 10 but it’s a little too boxy and heavy. Would like to add a speed overlay of my skiing just like the GoPro.

I'm waiting the next firmware with:

● "Hiccups" solved when you make a 360 sideroll under RockSteady.
● Gyro Data embedded into the file!!!!!!!! It's SO important for us FPV'ers
