Hi everyone,
I have a serious doubt about how I can unlock the ronin rs2 parts (brand new) since I found them totally out of whack.

Of the 3 main parts, one is too tight and unlocking the lock guide does not allow the part to slide to stabilize it.
While another does not hold the lock and the part cannot be locked.

Now finding a product just bought so already is not nice, worse is the fact that dji does not provide a key to be able to adjust these parts.

I attach a featured image to make it clearer what part I'm talking about, could I please know what size key I should look for? I really have a lot, even of 1mm and something less I think but none is compatible.

Meistens kann man durch leichtes anheben des Hebel die Position verstellen.

Hi, even I had same issues, thanks for the suggestion.
(In most cases, you can adjust the position by slightly lifting the
lever to adjust the position)
