I also cannot activate selfie mode. When I push the button on the all in one unit once it says slo, push it again and it says photo and once more and it says video. I have never had this before.
There is no way to get the selfie mode to work even when powering up with the side button. In the menu I cannot set which mode FPV etc as it is greyed out.

HI Raymaher. Based on what you describe, you are in waterproof case mode.

Plz swipe down,  left swipe there is a waterproof case icon, tap to make it off. restart pocket2 to quite waterproofcase mode.

The gimbal will stay FPV and its center is for waterproof case direction.

I have done that but it is still locked in waterproof  case mode

How about reset the camera:

swip down-> setting(Gear button) ->More ->Reset

This should solve the issue you meet.
