My DJI Mini 2 Drone has a defective camera.  The dealer Costco, has a 90-exchange policy.  I want to exchange my drone for a new replacement.  I purchased a DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) Service Agreement, Agreement No.: C5D68A5008587BB8.  How do I change the service agreement so it covers the replacement drone so I am not charged for one of the replacements under the policy?

For your convenience, you have an option to reach out to the dealer where you purchased the drone. Once the replacement is successful, you need to kindly reach out to our DJI Care team to forward a request on transferring the active DJI Care refresh plan to the replacement DJI Mini 2 by sending an email to djicare@dji.com
