Hi guys!
Since yesterday my smart battery, after charging, returns the second led flashing twice. Additionally, the following message appears in the DJI viewer's display: battery maintenance required, RTH etc..
I have always charged and stored the battery as indicated on the user manual. I tried to do one full discharge cycle by keeping the drone in hovering at 2 meters and then recharging but the problem persists. How can I solve the problem? The battery is under warranty (in Europe 2 years) and if the problem cannot be solved, can be replaced it?
