Hi,  Can I upgrade my Phantom 2 Vision Plus V2 Controller to the new V3 Controller with the gimbal control?  If yes, what do I need to do to make it work?  Thank you!

No, but you can enable 7th channel on you existing RC.
there's a lot of info online.....

If you mean actually replace current controller with the V3 RC  then yes......
will need binding, not a big job.....

Yes, but DJI did not include instructions with the new controller...  what are the instructions?

Can you "upgrade" the v2 controller to a v3 -- no.

You can replace the v2 controller with a v3 and link the v3 controller to your Phantom 2 Vision+
