Hi there, thank you for reaching out. May I double confirm the unit you are using is Ronin 4D? If so, please try the followings:
1. Please ensure that the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 (Ronin Series) is used to activate Ronin 4D;
2. Please note to enable internet connection for your computer/DJI Assistant 2 (Ronin Series);
3. Please try to replace the USB-A to USB-C cable;
4. Please restart Ronin 4 and DJI Assistant 2 and try to activate again.
If the activation still fails, please provide the information below for further confirmation:
1) Serial number of Ronin 4D;
2) Screenshot of the version information of DJI Assistant 2 (Ronin Series);
3) Pictures or videos of activation failure message;
4) Activation log, stored in the DJI Assistant 2 software folder (route: /Users/XXXXXX/AppData/Roaming/DJI Assistant 2/);
5) Operations performed before activation.
