After recently updating Pilot app for a Matrice 210V2 running Zenmuse Z30 I have lost the ability to utilise the IR-Cut function. The switch has completely dissappeared from the interface. Everything else appears fine. But lost IR-Cut. I recognise this is a function very few people likely to have used and therefore may not be a lot of answers out there.

How do I get DJI person to look at my post?

For anyone who ever has the same issue in the future we have discovered what was happening. Much of the Z30's functions appear to only be available if it is connected to the left hand side (looking from rear). Installing on the other side of the aircraft restored functionality. Easy solution.
