Look, this is extremely frustrating. I have to exhaust all these alternative avenues already and "search" for a application that's not readily available on Google play store. (Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G) I've tried everything I've seen in this thread and nothing works. I'm considering leaving bad reviews as well as selling my Mavic 2 pro for another Drone manufacturer that has applications and software, that functions and is readily available. This is way too much and I've wasted time, money, shots, opportunities because of this. I paid way too much money for this product and it's features to not work. When is this problem going to be fixed?
Because this is very unsatisfactory service from DJI.
Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience, we understand your frustration. Because the compatibility strategy between the DJI App and Google Play Store is changing, you currently cannot finish downloading and updating using Google Play.
Currently, for DJI GO 4 app, you can download the beta version from the link below and try again.

And go to the mobile phone’s “System Settings” and find “Installing an Unknown Application”. Enable the “Allow application installation from this source” switch. And install the app from the file manager. See if this works. |
