I have poco x3pro android 12. For 3 days I can't connect to dji fly ver 1.6.9, although it worked without problems with this configuration before.  I have already installed, uninstalled, cleaned the cache hundreds of times, reset the phone according to the suggestion from the net and still nothing.  However, I am not going to change the android version because it worked before.  I start my vacation the day after tomorrow and the drone is dead.  As of this time, I will not be able to start it, I intend to apply for a refund for the purchase because the product seems to be defective.

We are using the same phone. There is such a problem.. There is no solution yet

Hi there, sorry for the issue. Please try the following steps:
1. Open the File Manager on mobile device... >Downloads. Click on the APK file. Follow the prompts and directions for the DJI APK to install.
2. Please enable the permission of "Install unknown apps"-"Allow from this source" on mobile device settings.

I tried this in 3 different ways, but I could not reach the result. The problem continues.

Hi.
My dji Fly app suddenly won't open. Or well it crashes right after the splash screen. It has been working up until recently.

After the firmware update and update to DJI Fly app version V 1.6.8 on July 18, the app does not open. Also, every other DJI app I have installed tries to open and immediately closes. Tried every step on this forum and downloaded third party APK software and nothing. I contacted tech support yesterday and they sent me a link to a previous version on Cloud drive and nothing else. Please any help. It was working before the update and any other previous version doesn't work. Maybe the problem was the firmware.

For every one on here that's having this issue I too have search for answers. Well on solution that has popped up is the litchi app. It's works perfect for my Mavic Air 2 and should work with most of not all drones that use the DJI fly app. It does cost 24.99 but in my honest opinion that is a small fee to pay for being able to fly my drone.

S22 Ultra. The app stop working today. I can't run it. I try reinstall, clear data ,clear cache, clear permission.  It's just crash. App works fine to this day. Same problem as described...2 flights ok, then the app crashed and ko. Tried to delete cache and data and ko...tried to reinstall and ko...tried to uninstall from ADB and reinstall and ko...
Every reinstall from dji download center, of course

I have mini 2 and air 2s and can't use in vacation

Please solve that issue in your software ASAP

Well I lost what possibly could have been my shot of the year.  This morning the app just was not working and after trying all the above suggestions  nothing has worked... What a disappointment and time to start looking at other drone options.  Anyway lost the shot I wanted with all  the time trying to fix it.  Downloaded Litchi and that apps seems to work fine as a work around

I am having the same issue.  It worked last week and now crashes when trying to open. I tried uninstalling, installing from DJI, installing from Samsung, installing old versions and they all crash or give me an error message.  I have a samsung galaxy 20 FE.  In the past, I could install from the DJI website when it was not working, but not now.  Is there a fix yet?
