Greetings all,

I just got the FPV via amazon. I updated the firmware on the drone, goggles, controller and even the fly more batteries. Everything has been linked and I can see through the goggles, there is no error messages and I am not flying in restricted airspace. The drones rear lights are blinking green and everything looks good to go. I take the controller and push the sticks to start it up, it starts up. I use the left stick to take off in N mode/mode 2, and it barely makes noise. The right stick reaches high rpms and moves very slightly before turning the motors off. Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you check the props for proper orientation?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Kindly please make sure that you already activated the said components and make sure you install the propellers in proper positions. I will post a tutorial video wherein you can follow the steps on how to properly set up the unit. If the issue persists, kindly please send us a screenshot of the error message on the DJI Fly app. Please keep us posted. Thank you

It was the propellers. It works!

I assumed the props would be a full set in each box, when in fact, the props are two seperate designs in two seperate boxes. I also didnt realize they were color coded.
