Hello,

I recently bought the Air 2S but since first startup I'm getting a gimbal stuck error 40002 and can't calibrate it in the Fly app.

I hope that someone has the solution.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. In this case, please check whether there is debris stuck in the gimbal, please remove it immediately and restart the aircraft then recalibrate again the gimbal to see if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

I can't see any debris, and blew already a few times at the gimbal.

You can contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support. Also, the warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi there. We do apologize for the trouble. If you want to clean your gimbal, please use a clean glasses/lens cloth and blow on it slightly to remove the dust and smudges. Please let us know if the issue persists. Have a nice day ahead.
