Hello everyone! My mavic air has been having this odd issue where it jerks rapidly to the left when I am flying. I can't figure out why or how to fix it. I posted a video below showing the issue. Skip to 20 seconds and press play and you will see what I mean!

How often does this happen?

Firstly I’d want to know if it’s the gimbal (which I guess it is) or the drone moving like that.

I’m pretty sure you’d here the drone make that awful move.

Then- if it was just the gimbal, was the cover left on and it’s just dropped off allowing it to do it’s starting sequence where it rotates and everything on starting.  

Has it crashed recently, roughly handling, calibrate gimbal…

The entire drone will jerk to the left. The gimbal cover was definitely removed.

No recent crashes and I handle it as carefully as I can.

Its happened on my last two flights but never happened before

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if you did experience an error message before the issue occurs? In addition, kindly please calibrate your IMU and check the propellers if there is any damage or might as well change it if you have an extra one then check if there's some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

It looks like a motor issue to me, but to confirm please upload the log.
