Hello,,, i had an accident with my AIR 2S AND IT WAS REPLACED BUY THE STORE,,, WHAT DO I MEED TO DO TO GET THE CARE REFRESH I ALREADY BOUGHT,,  LINKED TO TJE NEW REPLACED AIR 2S???

If the unit was replaced by the dealer or physical store in your region and the previous unit has an active DJI Care refresh plan, you will be needing to kindly reach out to our corresponding DJI Care team to request on transferring the active DJI Care refresh plan on the replacement drone.
