Hallo Zusammen,

ich wollte jetzt mal wieder nach langer Zeit mit meiner Mini 2 ein wenig rumdüsen.
Habe zwischenzeitlich auch ein neues Handy bekommen, ein Samsung S22 Ultra mit Android 12.
Erst sah alles super aus, doch leider musste ich feststellen das nach einem Klick auf Aufnahme im Videomodus der Bldschirm einfriert, also kein Livebild mehr.
Wenn ich die Aufnahme beende ist das Livebild wieder da. Kompatibilitätsprobleme? Ein wechsel zu meinem alten S10+ und es läuft alles ganz normal.
Die Software ist komplett auf dem neuesten Stand, DJI Fly App 1.5.10.
Würde gerne das neue Handy benutzen, gibts da eine Lösung?

Ich habe keine Probleme mit meinem neuen S22 Ultra und der DJI Fly App. Mein S22 Ultra hat jedoch einen Snapdragon-Prozessor und keinen Exynos-Prozessor. Dies kann das Problem sein, das Sie erlebt haben. Dasselbe geschah vor einiger Zeit, als Android auf dem Exynos-Prozessor auf Android 11 aktualisiert wurde. Ist vielleicht nicht dein Problem, wollte dir aber nur diese Information mitteilen.

Hoffentlich hat DJI bald eine Lösung für Ihr Problem.

Hi, there. Sorry for the late reply. If it is convenient, please help to provide a screen recording of the issue and export the app log for us to investigate further about this. Here are the steps:
1. Connect the Android device to a computer. Tap “Transfer files” in the “USB connection mode” that appeared on the mobile phone.
2. Click the mobile phone icon in “My Computer” and go to internal storage.
3. Find the file path for logs: internal storage/android/data/dji.go.v5/files/LOG
4. Copy and paste the entire “LOG” file folder to the local drive and add the file folder. You could upload them to Google Drive/ Dropbox and send the link to us.

Hi, same problem here with my S22 Ultra. As soon as I press Record the picture freezes. Sending the LOGS via link to Googledrive.

Auch ich habe das Problem mit s22 ultra und bisher keine Lösung. Dji, wie lange müssen wir noch warten bis das Problem gefixt wird? Gibt es schon bald eine Lösung?

Ich kann die Mavic Mini gar nicht mehr benutzen, weil ich kein altes Smartphone mehr besitze. Nach Umstellung auf das S22 Ultra startete die App noch beim Anschluss der Fernbedienung, stürzte aber direkt ab. Nach Deinstallation finde ich dji fly nicht mehr im Play Store. Sehr traurig...
