My apologies for posting this here. There isn't a section for DJI Assistant specifically. I've recently done some upgrading of laptops. One is a M1 Macbook Air and the other is a Microsoft Serface Go. Both only have USB C interfaces and neither will recognize my Mavic Air 2 or the controller when plugged in by a USB C to USB C cable. I can use my old computer that runs windows 11 with just standard USB ports with a USB C to USB A cable and it recognizes both the drone and the controller. I'm not sure what's up with that. I've read that DJI Assistant 2 is not compatible with Mac's running newer versions of MacOS. I don't plan on keeping any of my older computers so and I would like to think I'm not alone with this issue. I think this needs to be looked into and addressed.
