Hi Do anyone here have this problem.

1. DJI Fly App - on IOS
2. I been adding flights and distance - but the total summary at the top does not change.
3. I added all the flight distance row by row and it should be over 70KM but it show 50.5K only
4. I thought it might take a few days to update but its beem 1 week and no change.
5. The flights count and hours does changes - only the Distance remains the same

Also the distance in this forum - beside the proffile also does not update.

Anywone know how it works?

I used to have the same issue and Airdata actually told me to turn off sync in the app under settings, after the flights go into settings and then turn it on again, once the logs have uploaded turn it off again. I also fly with iPhone and this way all my flights get logged.

Hello there WKKL. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please for us to be able to isolate the issue? Thank you.

Although I'm on Android, I notice that occasionally the flight distance does not update on the forum, even after synchronising when I get home from a flying expedition.  Generally it does. Maybe you've hit a busy time and the updates will show at a subsequent logon.

So when now I notice that when I enable sync and Disable Sync - I get 2 different set of number.

Pls see attached the 2 diffident values depending if sync is on or off.

Both again don’t update the distance on his forum…

Anyone have any ideas… suggestions ?

I've just this minute completed my latest upload - and so far there is no difference showing in the distance flown.  I'll check again in a little while.

Yes that will happen, when you disable it will show only flights flown with that app since installation and when enabled it will show all your flights ever flown.

Surren, where in "settings" are you finding the option to switch off syncing?
The only place I have found an option is in the flight log section at the front of the app but your reference to "settings" makes me wonder if there is an option in the flight menus etc.

Didnt work for me.. All my flight logs are uploaded.

How long do you all usually take to upload a 3GB log?
Just curious if I am doing it wrong.
For me it can take up to 10 mins or more…

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Please navigate to the profile section of the DJI Fly app, then go to Settings (located at the bottom right), select Privacy, and disable 'Local Data Mode.' This may help isolate the issue.
