Just finished putting this together (song and video). Had fun flying a couple of weeks ago in Sines, and decided to write a song to go with it.
Some shots aren't the best but decided to use them all the same. All shot with the Dji mini 2 at 60 fps but then slowed down to 30 when using some slow mo.
Fun fact - the bird at the end was attacking the damned drone, a not so fun moment while flying over deepish water.

Thanks for the kind words. It will be very easy for you to get nice footage specially being able to get around by bike you will surely see unique places around here.
Just be careful about the local restrictions as some really nice areas are no fly zones unfortunately.

You totally should!! Just remember to shoot in 2.6k!
At the beginning I was shooting in 4k all the time, and while it is beautiful, I found that it limited my options such as using slow motion.
Also using the digital zoom saves a lot of time in post and sometimes, it inspires new angles without taking big risks (such as flying too close to water  on windy days . But it's a wonderful machine.

Ponta Delgada is amazing, definetly take it, you will easilly make movies that will put mine to shame!! I reckon the mini 2 has no restrictions here unless you are coming from outside the EU. to make sure all is good I would check the Portuguese app called "Voa na Boa", as that shows you the most recent restrictions I think. I reckon it's always best to err on the side of  caution, so I did the whole training thing the EU has settup, nothing mind blowing there but it might save you any hassle in the EU (very useful if traveling).
