Can anyone confirm if the M2EA RTK requires single or multi band correction data via NTRIP?

We are looking at using a local base station, through a local  network/device to supply NTRIP stream to the Smart Controller. We need  to know if we must purchase a single or multi band base station.

EG  GPS L1 and L2, Galileo E1 and E2, etc
