It is amazing to fly so far without any signal lost.  The total distances was about 14 km. There was roughly16% battery power left in the drone when it returned to the home point.  The only concern was the battery, and perhaps the wind speed during the flight. Need to return home before the battery was completely drained out.

Nice flight. And great views of the island. Is that large flat disc at 1m30 or so a helicopter landing pad?

Thanks for watching ! The large plate disc is DVOR/DME Station. It is a sort of radio navigation system used to aid aircraft in determining their flight position.

Jason, really liked how you inserted the hyperlapse into the video at the 3:00 mark. That was really nicely done. Never seen a hyperlapse inserted in that way but it worked really well. Really clean.
EDIT: Looking at it again, was it actually a hyperlapse or did you just speed up normal video on the flight back? It almost looks like a hyperlapse but its seamless so perhaps you just sped up video. Either way it was a nice video.

Wow, 14km!
It's FCC mode, right?
No "obstacle" (obstruction of view) between RC and M3...?

no obstacle, just flew over the ocean. It was FCC mode, I think. The RC was set to auto channel.

Hi Tornado, it is a speed up of a normal video. Thanks for watching !
