I should have some video of this as well with the 'ladiesc spinning... If it came out OK, exposure was a bit tricky.

I can believe getting the exposure right was a challenge, but at least this picture looks impressive with the contrast. :-)

I've actually got a full-res, darker version created using the raw images as well, but shrinking that one down to less than 2MB for the forum seems to introduce too much noise on the blacks.

This one was a balance between size and contrast - and I felt the noise in the 'grey' areas looked a bit like film grain so it still worked

Just wish I'd dropped the shutter speed a little to get more motion blur on the 'lady' in the foreground.

They were all spinning at different speeds (wind/breeze driven) so capturing that Marion would have been a win... But yeah, the colours almost make up for it.
