Hi.

I want to buy drone, but need help to decide which one to buy. As i have little knowlage about drones.

Reason to buy it is: i want to create android app that will recieve flight coordinates from web page as json, interpret them for drone to understand and send it on its way.

From SDK and forum I understood that there are several ways to do that: Timeline, virtualstick, waypoint.

From standpoint of programming, easiest is timeline, as it can wrap functions like take photo, record video, lift off, land down and waypont. And you just need to add new timeline elements into array for drone to complete them.

So which drones support waypoint and would be able to complete tasks like pointed before?

it directly depends on your budget. Since you haven't mentioned your budget it is hard to recommend. The price range is too big. $100 to $1000.
if your budget is good enough you can go for DJI Mavic 2 or DJI Mavic 2 pro. If the budget is low DJI Mavic mini would be better. But I heard that mini is having some camera shaking issue. However, you don't need to worry DJI provides excellent returns and refund policies. If you are not satisfied you can return it easily.
